What do I do if I forget my password?

  • Click here to login to the event website
  • Click the Don't know your password? Click here to reset it link
  • Enter the email address you used to register for the event
  • Click the Submit button
  • You will receive an email with a Reset Password button
  • Click the button and enter your new password in the Password field
  • Repeat the new password in the Repeat Your Password field and click Submit

Please check your spam and/or promotions inbox in case you did not receive the password reset email.

How do I change my email address?

  • Log in here using your email address and password
  • Make any necessary changes to your email address on the Information for profile validation tab
  • Click the Continue button until you reach the Confirmation page

Changes to your registration are not final until you have reached the Confirmation page.

How do I change my time zone?

  • Click here to login to the event website
  • Go to Meetings > My Schedule
  • Scroll down to the bottom of your calendar
  • Click Change Time Zone and choose your preferred time zone in the dropdown menu
  • Click Submit

Make sure you set your time zone correctly because the agenda and your meetings will be displayed according to the time zone you have selected.

How do I request a meeting with someone?

  • Go to the Attendees List and browse through the profiles
  • Click the Request meeting button
  • Choose the time and date of the meeting
  • Click Send request

How to check if my camera/microphone is working?

  • Please check that your browser has permission to use your camera/microphone
  • Click the Camera and microphone test button in your Schedule and follow the instructions
  • Depending on your browser settings you may be asked to confirm the activation of the Camera/Microphone through a pop-up dialog form
  • If you have already declined to give your browser permission to use your camera and microphone, you will need to adjust the browser's settings

  • If none of the above works, consider switching to another device to join the meetings.

How can I share my screen during meetings?

  • Click the Screen Sharing icon right next to the camera icon
    Choose what to share (your entire screen, a window, or just one browser tab)
    After you have selected, click the Share button

Please note that if you share your screen while playing a video, the other participant(s) will not hear the sound unless it's coming from your PC/laptop and is loud enough for your microphone to pick it up.

Can I invite a third person to my meeting?

  • Go to the Attendees List and browse through the profiles
  • Click the Request meeting button
  • To add more people, click the Add Participant button and search for the participant by name, company or job title
  • Choose the time and date of the meeting
  • Click Send request

How do I add sessions to my agenda?

  • When registering for the event here, you will find the agenda in one of the tabs
  • Click on all the sessions you would like to join
  • Click the Continue button until you reach the Confirmation page

How do I change sessions to my agenda if I have already registered?

  • Log in here using your email address and password
  • Click on Modify Registration
  • Make any necessary changes to your agenda on the Agenda tab
  • Click the Continue button until you reach the Confirmation page

Changes to your registration are not final until you have reached the Confirmation page.

How can I join an online session:

  • Go to the Agenda tab
  • Click on the agenda you would like to join online
  • Click View session
  • You will be redirected to the live stream

Please note that not every session will be live streamed.
